A difficult tournament for Rovers as we entered the tournament before the date of the Charlton Rovers presentation was announced. This meant that we arrived without a recognised striker, highlighted by the fact that we failed to score in any of our five matches. Rovers resilience in defence was admirable and we did create a number of chances, with Louis, Eugene and Andrew all going close. In the end our lack of goals meant that we did not qualify for the second place penalty shoot-out decider.
